Return Process

  Log into your Chris Sports account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective wrappings are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
